Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Every order ships from our own facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing comes from overseas.

PROCESSING

Orders leave within 24 hours of being placed. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created, usually the same day you order.

UNITED STATES

Free shipping — arrives in 3 to 7 days. No minimum order.
Expedited shipping — arrives in 1 to 3 days. $8.

Delivery time depends mostly on distance from Pennsylvania. On free shipping, most East Coast orders arrive in 2 to 3 days, Midwest in 3 to 5, and West Coast in 5 to 7.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

International delivery times vary by country and by how long customs takes. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your order hasn't arrived when it should have, message us. We'll chase the carrier and, if the package is genuinely lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped we can correct it. Once it's in the carrier's hands we can't redirect it.
